Marketing Automation tutorial 2021.

If you are a cautious voter, you may sometimes notice “moral behavior” on social media or on other platforms.
Signs that things are still young.
For example, you can go to someone else's Twitter timeline, look at their tweets and reply and see something like this:
Maybe you're a member of a large Facebook group, and the creator, despite his busy schedule, always posts the same update every Wednesday, like this:
What you see is not something you should worry about. In fact, you may learn from it and you’ll use it to your advantage.
This automated marketing works.
With social media out of control, with more than 200 networks and billions of users worldwide, it is impossible for retailers to remain productive for all.
Maintaining the most active profile on a single network is a full-time job alone.
So, how can you keep up with your Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks, at the same time?
Automatic marketing is the answer.
You may have heard the word before. Don't be upset if you don't know exactly what it means. 90% of retailers do not.
Today, for you, that is about to change.
In this automated marketing tutorial, I'll show you not only what marketing automation is, but also how to get started using it to expand your next, traffic, and lead generation on autopilot.
But, in order to do so, we must first define what true marketing automation is.
Definitions
In our clear guide to automation marketing, we have found 5 different definitions for each. Hubspot has published the entire article.
Some of them talk about automated marketing as tricks, some talk about user-friendly marketing software, some just call it a subset of customer relationship management.
People, why don't we just keep it simple? What it means for automated marketing that is not immediately recognized from the term itself: it makes your marketing easier.
The practice of employing software and technology to optimize, automate, and expand duplicate online marketing efforts is known as automated marketing.

That's all there is to it. Once you've got the same job done over and over again, you can be sure that there's a way to change it.
This will allow you to maximize the workload, do not spend any time doing the job yourself, and measure performance on an ongoing basis.
The purpose of automated marketing is to make you a better marketer, by allowing you to spend more time on important activities.
Overview
There are 3 great sites for online marketing that you can use, up to a certain level.
The first is email marketing. You can use the software to receive specific emails sent to start-up events, such as by signing up for the registration form. Delivery is one way to change your emails, distribution is another.
You can also split your email list automatically, depending on who you have chosen to sign in with and where you are from. In the end, automotive responders are a great way to do email marketing.
Second, there are social media platforms. Currently, hundreds of third-party software tools allow you to customize the distribution of your content across social media platforms. However, you can also create your own growing media, by automatically engaging with followers and guidelines.
The third major category of automation landing pages. They used to take a long time to design, coding manually in HTML and CSS. But, now, you can use templates and copy the same designs over and over again.
You can also make a copy of your landing pages, to some degree, with the help of A / B testing.
I will show you how to get started with automation in each of the 3 major marketing areas.

How to start automating your email marketing
To begin automating your email marketing, segment your subscribers by origin.
Because Mailchimp is free and most people use it to get started, I'll show you how to do it.
Segmentation
Go to your email list in your account. Then select "List fields and MERGE tags" from the options menu.
Give the name of the traffic source to your list field. If you want to tag all of your subscribers who signed up as a result of reading one of your blog pieces on Medium, for example, label the field "Medium."
Uncheck the box “Are You Seen?” to hide your form field.
Then, under the list field options, delete all but one and then name the "Yes" option.
When you're ready, click "Save Changes."
When you're ready, click "Save Changes."
Now, when people subscribe to the landing page you drive from Medium, you can automatically check Mailchimp this field, and mark them as intermediate subscribers.
Later, I'll teach you how to do it with LeadPages.
But, you can also do it with just Mailchimp.
Go to "Register Forms" for your account.
Select “General Forms”.
On the right, you can add fields.
However, as you have made it a normal, hidden field, it will be in your standard registration form.
Scroll down to the bottom and you will see your new field.

You can now link people to that subscription form at the end of your Medium articles, as did the author of this post:
If you have failed to parse your email list automatically, start now!
However, there are ways to classify your existing list, by simply asking your subscribers.
Therefore, when I send an email with a link to my latest guide on conversion efficiency, I can simply tag anyone who clicks on it with "Interested in using the conversion."
Pat Flynn recently used this tactic to divide his subscribers:
You just posted a question and let people decide what they want to learn more about.
By clicking one of the links, subscribers are automatically tagged and will receive more content on their topic.
Distribution
I notify my subscribers whenever I publish a new blog article on Quick Sprout or sahilblog07.blogspot.com/.
I use a simple message to do so.
You can also change this type of email marketing.
At Mailchimp, to make sure your blog posts are automatically distributed to your email list, simply go to campaigns and select a new campaign.
If I now wanted to automatically email a new post to neilpatel.com again, I would just enter the URL of my blog.
They will then get me an RSS feed URL, so I don't have to worry about that part.
Also, set up your email once a week or once every two weeks, depending on how often you publish content.
After that, just click next and create your email as usual, but all posts will be automatically sent with a descriptive message.
Delivery
You can also submit bonuses automatically. For example, you can do this with LeadPages.
If you set up a landing page where you offer a magnetic lead, like this one, you can easily bring that bonus with LeadPages.
Once people have logged into your landing page, there is an option in the LeadPages editor to send a custom email to their subscription.
In your LeadPages editor, open that feature on the left side.
Once you click on “Customize Email,” you can send a personalized message with your bonus link.
Once in place, you do not need to worry about the technical side of this again, you can simply copy and paste the process, every time you create a new landing page, as settings will be copied along with it, at least to LeadPages.
You only need to change your bonus link and be set.
Autoresponders
I’ve talked about autoresponders a bit in the final guide. Basically, if someone enters your email list, you can send them an email sequence within the allotted time.
For example, if you choose to enter the Comfort Zone Crusher, you are immediately invited to the challenge.
I soon get the first challenge and am invited to participate in the community.
Two days after throwing in my first challenge, I received another e-mail address called “5 Steps to Overcome any Dreadful Storm.”
After that, I get a second challenge, 2 days after that.
Then the video, then the article, lasts for 2 or 3 days.
Finally, Till, the creator, can gradually introduce me to the lesson he offers, where I can continue to learn by leaving my comfortable environment.
Until she doesn't write those emails every single person gets into them. That’s what the autoresponder is designed for.
They are a great way to connect with your audience, take them on a journey, and finally sell them something after establishing a relationship.
Pro Tip: If you want to learn how to create default responders, log in to a few email lists in your industry and see what happens in the next few days
You can set auto chip responders (paid feature), by clicking on automation.
After that, you just set up your email series, and when it’s created and you’re ready to go!
Run your social media on autopilot
You may automate your social media in two ways. Of course, just as with email, you can automate the distribution here as well.
Because many marketers use third-party platforms to post their material to social media, this is possibly the most automated aspect of marketing yet.
However, if you delve a little further, you can somewhat automate your social media growth.
Let’s get started with this...
